A very routine variational calculation of energies of certain
elementary quantum oscillators. The results sampled in three
compact tables are based on the use of a certain non-orthogonal
basis. The presentation of very long formulae (e.g., more than a
page for eq. (3.20)) looks redundant, equally well as Lemma 3.3
which is just a special case of Lemma 3.2.
